About this demo

OSSA is an invented brand. This page is a portfolio piece built to show how a small-batch apparel drop actually has to behave — not a real shop, and nothing here takes payment. Three files, no framework, no build step, no dependencies beyond one webfont.

Commerce mechanics

Stock tracked per variant, not per product — Sand / M has its own count
Unavailable combinations struck through rather than hidden
Quantity capped at real stock, with the add button refusing past it
Free-shipping threshold with live remaining amount
Back-in-stock capture on sold-out variants
Cart survives a reload, and survives storage being blocked

Front-end craft

Product URLs are real and shareable; the back button works
Option pickers are proper radio groups, keyboard operable
Cart drawer manages focus and returns it on close
Cart changes announced to screen readers through a live region
Size guide uses the native dialog element
Images reserve their space, so nothing shifts as it loads
Light and dark, and reduced-motion respected

Deliberately not here

No real checkout — on a live store that is the platform's job, and rewriting it is a mistake
No framework, because six products do not need one
No photography — the garments are drawn in SVG so the colour swatch actually recolours the piece
